Hi there CraftyStealers!

It’s time for another Third Thursday Challenge! I know that having Christmas come before Thanksgiving is a tender topic, and I won’t lie, I’m one of the people who applauds Nordstrom’s for waiting until Black Friday to set up all of their Christmas decor. (Below is a window sign from a previous year.)

That being said, I sheepishly have to say that this month’s challenge is Christmas-themed.  I know, I know, it seems hypocritical, BUT…you have until December begins to create and upload it.  So you can enjoy your family and friends (and turkey and pie) and then sneak away to get started on this month’s sketch.

All you have to do is make a card (or layout or any kind of crafty project) that loosely follows the sketch below.  Then, upload to the LinkyTool that is at the bottom of this post.  Please note that you DO NOT have to have a blog to post.  All you need is a linkable photo – perhaps use a photosharing site like Flickr or Photobucket or even a public Facebook album.  The LinkyTool will close at midnight CST on Monday, December 3rd.  On the 4th, I’ll choose a random winner to receive some Crafty Steals goodies!

Here’s one of my takes on the sketch, using today’s My Mind’s Eye Lost and Found Christmas steal.  I love all of the deep, rich colors in this kit!

I can’t wait to see all of the beautiful projects you create! Please keep your eye on the blog next week for some sneaks of what we have coming for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. You are going to LOVE the deals we are bringing you!
