Good morning Crafty Stealers!

I don’t know about you, but I tend to make WAY more cards than layouts these days.  Maybe it’s the added stress of picking out, developing (or printing) photos, or maybe it’s because I NEED to get cards done for certain occasions so I have an extra push to create.  For whatever reason, a smaller canvas is a nice break every now and then.

Today’s Third Thursday Challenge is a a card sketch.  If you are strictly a full-blown scrapper, feel free to turn this sketch into a layout and enter it into the challenge.  (We are easy around here!).  Never played along with us before? Here are the rules…

1. Create a card that follows the sketch.  Feel free to take creative license – we applaud that at CraftySteals!

2. Snap a photo of your card (or layout or mixed media project) and upload it so that we can see it.  You can upload at the bottom of this post to the Linky Tool (it will need to be a web-based photo from a blog, Flickr account, private FB album, etc.).  If you’d prefer, you can also upload it to our Facebook page (just make sure you say it’s for the Challenge) or to Instagram (tag with #craftysteals #thirdthursdaychallenge @craftysteals so we will see it).  Do this by Sunday night at midnight CST on November 2nd.

3. We will announce a random winner on Monday, November the 3rd! Winning at Crafty Steals means you will get a fun package of craft supplies in the mail. :)

Here’s the sketch: Card Challenge - October

That is it! If you have any questions, please let me know  by sending me mail to – BLOG at CRAFTYSTEALS.COM. If you have trouble uploading you can also send me a photo by email.

Have a great Thursday!
